STATEMENT OF QUALITY POLICY
In line with Client project, it is our desire:

This policy intends to achieve the following goals:
• To supply reliable products, delivered and installed within timely and economically established schedules with our clients, and in environmentally friendly conditions.
• To supply reliable services, offered within timely and economically established schedules with our clients, and in environmentally friendly conditions.
• To supply spare parts within the contractually established times.
• To develop and employ innovative talents of the highest level.
For the purpose of controlling and continuously improving the commitment of the organization to the Quality Policy, SEINA MARINE LTD has defined the following metrics:
• On time delivery of products
• On time delivery of services
• Product and service reliability
• Cost of quality
• Talent development
• Delivering of satisfactory service
These are examined in the management review contained in the Quality Assurance Manual.
